Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.

A note about the Fair Credit Billing Act. Under this act, your bank limits your total loss and cannot hold you liable for more than fifty dollars of reported fraudulent charges. In the event your card is used in a fraudulent manner, you must notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a U.S. Postal Money Order (only) or a personal checks. Personal checks will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To order by check, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.

Return / Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund.

NEITHER THE SERVICE NOR ANY OF ITS AGENTS, AFFILIATES OR CONTENT PROVIDERS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF USE OF THE SERVICE OR INABILITY TO GAIN ACCESS TO OR USE THE SERVICE OR OUT OF ANY BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY. All trademarks appearing on the service are trademarks of their respective owners.

Shipping Methods

Flat rate shipping and handling costs are calculated for each product that we sell and will be shown and automatically included in your total order cost. We cannot pay shipping for returned items.

Kidz-Med products will be shipped to you either UPS Ground or regular USPS First Class parcel post. We will make every attempt to ship your order from our northeast warehouse within 3 business days of receipt of your order. However, your shipment may be delayed for any number of reasons, namely technical order problems, severe weather, or other reasons beyond our control.

Overnight orders placed Friday after 5PM Eastern or on a Saturday, will be shipped the following Monday.

Canadian customers must take into consideration that there will be additional wait time due to customs.

Generally, Kidz-Med products may be shipped anywhere within the US and Canada. We are sorry that we cannot sell or ship our products outside of these territories.

If you provide us with an E-mail address, we’ll notify you both when we receive your order, and when it is shipped from our warehouse. If the shipment is going by UPS or other traceable method, we’ll let you know the tracking number so that you can determine when your package will arrive. Some of our items require that someone be available to sign for the delivery.

We normally do not provide special or overnight shipping services, however, if you desire insurance, or other special services, please contact our Customer Service Department, and we’ll do our best to get what you need. Naturally, any expedited or special service costs will have to be passed on to you by Kidz-Med.

All orders placed with Kidz-Med will not be charged to you on your credit card until the item is actually shipped from our warehouse. We will never intentionally offer a product that is not immediately available in our warehouse for shipment. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, we may occasionally experience high product demand that would cause us to be temporarily out of stock. If this should happen, we’ll let you know right away, and give you our best estimate as to when the item will become available for shipping. We’ll then give you the option to wait until the item is available, or to cancel your order. This is why it’s important that you provide us with a daytime phone number and/or an e mail address with your order.

Any special shipping information related to a product will be indicated with the S & H charges on the ordering page.

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable for one of the following reasons:

Incorrect Address. If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.

Failed Delivery Attempts. Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. Packages that contain more than $400 of merchandise will always require a signature; otherwise, it is generally up to the driver's discretion to determine whether a signature is required. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us.

Refused by Recipient. If a gift recipient is not expecting a gift, they may refuse the package if they believe it was sent to them in error. If you still want to send these items, you may want to let the recipient know that a surprise is on the way.

When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund (less shipping charges).

Returns

If you would like to return an item for a refund of the purchase price or for a replacement item, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-866-KIDZMED (543-9633), Monday-Friday 7am to 7pm to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and a Return Notification form which we will either email or mail to you. Please be sure to have your order/customer number handy when you call. The Return Notification form will have all details of where and how to ship your returned items. Manufacturers limited warranties will apply for each product.

Please Note: We have real people in our warehouse who take special care that your order gets to you in good condition and in a timely manner. Unfortunately, shipping and handling and return shipping charges are not refundable.

Warranty

All of our Kidz-Med products carry a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects under normal, non-commercial usage and when used as directed by attached or enclosed instructions.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser, and is not transferable. You must have your original proof of purchase when requesting a refund or replacement item under warranty. Kidz-Med will have the option to offer replacement parts if they are available. We reserve the right to make the final determination as to whether the returned item is covered under the limited warranty.
